This command returns spurious data array, for the active trace.
:CALCulate:PN:TRACe:AVARiance?
This command gets Allan Variance (data trace), for the active trace of the selected channel.
:CALCulate:PN:TRACe:INTegral?
Gets trace data integral noise, for the active trace of the selected channel.
:CALCulate:PN:TRACe:JITter?
Gets trace data total RMS jitter, for the active trace of the selected channel.
